2 weeks down

Day 13

We kicked butt with Kenpo X. Julie did much better this time with the combo punches.

Day 14

We opted to rest instead of stretch since I was so tired and Julie needed to work on her art. Tomorrow is the start of week 3. Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X here we come.

  1. Yeah, now I'll take you down with my hooks and undercuts (...not really; I'm still pretty bad at it. at least my punches are more in sync and in the right order than they were last time...oh well, it still makes me work up a sweat!)
